starskillers1 Posted December 14, 2018 Share Posted December 14, 2018 Ok so i have these ram sticks as mentioned in the title CMW16GX4M2C3000C15 after the last bios update on my MB Asus strix x470 f gaming (4024 latest) the app didn't display the ram for rgb changes in my iCue software i tried many ways around it but nothing worked -move the ram to other dim slots -used older version -mailed asus for any bios problem they said "in our end the bios is working fine with these type of ram we think the app might cause the problem" I don't know any other way to make them visible again for rgb control what should i do ? they worked for a bit and i got the time to change the colors but after a restart they disappeared for no reason. what is the solution in this case?
