Minidump and sysdata.xml - random bsod's and reboots

Hi,

I have 2 sticks of CMX512-3200C2PT running dual channel and they both passed Memtest86 (also passed ran seperate). However randomly during high stress games or applications the computer will either reboot, go to black screen, or blue screen of death saying something about minidump. when the system restarts windows shows a error about minidump and sysdata.xml located in a temp folder. other forums say this is a ram problem. Probelms still accures with either stick ran seperate and Ive tried alternate ram slots, voltages, and manually set timings.

Please help

Curtis

I have also noticed in Bios that the ram does not auto detect to the nice low latency that it should have.

Auto detects as fallows:

Memclock index value 400Mhz

CAS# latency (Tcl) 3

Min RAS# active time (Tras) 8T

RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd) 3T

Row precharge Time (Trp) 3T

Row cycle time (Trc) 12T

Row refresh cyc time (Trfc) 14T

read to write time 5T

write recovery time 3T

1T/2T memory timing 2T
