strafe rgb Function keys and escape not working

Hey guys.

My Strafe RGB MX Silent keyboard is about 1 year old now, and has been working like a charm. Today though when I started my pc, there were a couple of problems:

The function keys didn't work, this includes the alternate media keys, except for f12, that still works for some reason.

The windows lock key has begun disconnecting the keyboard from whatever computer it is connected to.

Scroll lock still makes the LED go bright, but the functionality doesn't work.

I didn't change anything overnight, I haven't spilled all over my keyboard, and I haven't installed anything. It is exactly the same setup as the night before, just a different time.

Things I've tried:

Restarting the computer, multiple times.

Reinstalling the device driver.

Reinstalling Corsair utility engine.

Updating the firmware.

Changing the polling rate on the keyboard.

Using the keyboard on another computer, both on Ubuntu 17.10 and windows 10. The problems described above still persist.

I would really appreciate any help you could give, am back to an old keyboard that is not mechanical, and I hate it.
