Davyc Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 Just wanted to say thank you for the completion of my RMA to get my X-64 updated to the latest firmware. I was very surprised to find a brand spanking new drive in the returned parcel with a little sticker on saying 2.0 ... so not only is my drive updated to the latest firmware, it is also a brand new drive. Now that is what I call service. From posting from the UK to return it took a total of 23 days and that is not unreasonable considering that it went to the Netherlands. Now I just have to find me some spare time to get it back into my computer and do a fresh install of Win 7 :-) Thank you to all those involved in the process.
