Default Corsair h100i pro

I built a new computer today. and my ryzen 2 2700x temps sometimes idle 45-50 3 min stress test full test was 80c i have corsair h100i pro front mounted pull two top pull heat and back pull heat fans. corsair carbide 275r 1660ti cx750m power supply rog strix x470 board. also my room temp is 18c with ac cold. so iam very confused with temps. as its very cold room.

You need to look at the H100i Pro Temp (coolant temperature) in iCUE. This is the measurement of the coolers heat management. If the coolant temp is also up around 40C at idle, it is causing the higher temperatures. If it is down near 22-24C as expected, then you are looking at BIOS and voltage settings to get things under control.
