Can't submit a Customer Service Ticket on Corsair website

Recommended Posts

Having issues submitting a support ticket. It says to enter a part number which I already have and will not let me continue. (Screenshot below)

My original issue is that I bought a Corsair AX850 from my local retail store (here in Sydney, Australia) last year. I am in need of another PCIe power cable (dual 6+2 pin). How much are they and how much will shipping cost to get one delivered to me? Thankyou and your help is much appreciated.

You need to hit the magnifying glass to search for the part in the system.

I think one of these cables will do what you want. Waiting clarification on the part description on the website though.

But what if the product doesnt appear on the magnifying glass list? I have just got a Raptor M30 Gaming Mouse (CH-9000042-EU) but that isnt listed. If I try to type in free-format it just rejects it. I have come to dead end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ive tried that but the ticket wont submit!! Is there an email address I can send these details too. All I am after is who to configure the buttons on the side of the Raptor M30 Gaming Mouse - it is a Christmas present for my son but there is no guidance seemingly available
