Umm.. Those are solid polymer caps.

Corsair says they only use 100% Japanese electrolytic capacitors. The solids can be from either Enosol, CapXon, Apaq, etc.

The durability of those solid caps are about 10X that of your typical electrolytic cap. They're not going to fail before the PSU fails for any other reason.

Please stop trolling.

@jonnyguru

All of this for a reply like that ?
I say that since the beginning of this thread and you know that are solid caps and not electrolytic on a lot parts of this power supply. You have unmount this power supply or it's just not you ?
Someone from Corsair who try to say "we made good quality PSU with bad components all is fine no problem continue to buy".

You are really a bad guy jonnyguru.
Corsair use TAICON green cap x2 electrolytic on the modular PCB and inside the power supply on the main PCB but name/brand hidden. (100% japanese is 100% WRONG and you have picture proof about that)

And alu/solid caps was Panasonic/Nichicon/... not Capxon caps on your review !
But yes you say before only monitoring pcb after only secondary PCB now it's solid bad caps on the main filtering part and some "true" reviewer say that's bad to put Capxon cap on the main part !
Capxon cap "solid cap" never die from you but Corsair exchanged these Capxon cap itself by Nichicon solid cap. Capxon too good and exchange by crap Nichicon capacitor is your reply about that ?

And what is your next sentence for protect Corsair and your outdated review for put bad know components inside their high end power supply ?

It's only the whole power supply with bad caps but all is fine they give a warranty of XX years and send you a new PSU when something go wrong. A new PSU with more and more bad components who last 2 years but it's not important there is only 1 year remaining warranty of the first PSU so no problem for Corsair.

It's you the guy who troll since the beginning jonnyguru. You ask for proof when you have proof you say that's fine even if it's worse. For you always fine who should know electronic and all bad components on the market.
We speak here only of caps but what about all other components totally hidden between radiator ?

There isn't two electrolytics on the modular PCB.

You're fear mongering.

You don't like it. Return it. Buy something else. Sounds like you have buyer's remorse. But there's nothing wrong with the product.

I'm not replying to you anymore.
