Default How is Corsair VS450 in general for low end system?

I know Corsair VS is a Value Series SMPS. When it comes to durability, I guess CX series is a bit better than VS. I have gone thru the specs of both
VS450 & CX450. My choice is CX450.

However right now it's out of stock with most of the authorized suppliers in my country, at least what I could find online.

For a low end system with Ryzen 3 and a basic GPU that is internally powered from the PCIe slot, what would you comment about using VS450?

Can I count on it for general computing usage?

I live in Asian region where summer temperature can go as high as 35 Deg C.
