Problem with CMZ16GX3M2A1866C10R

Hello Admins and people out there, I'm having a lot of problems with this great memory modules, they are fast but they have a lot of errors on memtest (72) so my systems restarts by different kind of errors shown on BSoD.

I had to put a 2gb module on my pc to keep it working, and i need to replace my corsair ones.

I Have a ticket opened since 10/05/2013 and i dont know what do i have to do now? Live Chat is offline so i decided to make this thread to get some help.

My ticket number is 6015887

You can request that your log in information by email in the support section. But you should have received instructions in an email on where to send you modules. This information should also be in your support ticket as well if you never received an email.

 

The live chat is not active just yet, but you might try calling CS by phone . You can call the toll free number from anywhere i the world if you use SKYPE. You can find the number on the main website page at both top and bottom under company>contact.
