600T and ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3

So I am going to preface this with I have never built a computer before and this is my first build.

So I just got my Motherboard today and I was installing it on my brand new 600T. Now I know that when the rest of my parts come in the next few days it might make more sense to me, but I am not sure where to hook up all the fan connectors and the USB cable from the control panel.

maybe I am being a little premature in asking but any help from those who have used this combo would be greatly appreciated.

Or do i not connect my fans or the fan controller to the mother board at all?

and if that is what you are saying what does the USB cable go to?

The documentation for the 600T I am finding to be somewhat lacking

the fan controller has a bunch of small 3 pin connectors that come with "caps," in case you dont use them all. those get connected to your case fans. then you plug the large 4pin molex connector to the psu to get your power. the fan controller is there so you dont have to plug the fans into the motherboard and you can still control the fan speed, for whatever its worth.
