c-attack
"Case LEDs?" You'll need to be more specific, although the answer is likely no regardless. The 6 port RGB Lighting Hub is for fans only and you should only put one type of fan on a particular hub. In this instance, that's 5 LL fans. Other Corsair RGB internal devices will get their directions through either the Lighting Node Pro (LNP) or Commander Pro (a LNP + fan controller). Each LNP or C-Pro has 2 RGB "channels". Your 5 LL fans and the RGB Lighting Hub will plug into one channel. The Corsair RGB strip kit will plug into the other. You will get a LNP included in any of the LL multipacks (3x120 or 2x140). If you are talking about non-Corsair RGB products, there sometimes is a workaround to get it lit, but it is not plug and play.
DevBiker
Depending on what you have, custom adapters might be possible. But you need to tell us what case you're talking about. We ain't mind readers.
Stig83
It a cooler master k500 case two single leds in the front and around the power button on the front panel. all fans and strips are up and running just the three leds and possibility of a evga 2070 rgb syncing with icue would be nice ;)
