Raixyn
So I got a Corsair strafe of a guy online, it came in no damage keyboard works fine as is, all leds work all keys register everything is fine. I downloaded the software and as long as the software is running: A) Winlock key doesn't work B) Can't setup ripple on keypress C) Software is super super buggy Tried reinstalling didnt work. Any help? NOTE : Is it normal that when I double tap backspace the first time it deletes one letter and the 2nd click deletes twice?(While bottoming out)
Toasted
Reflash the firmware via CUE force flash and see whether that changes anything.
Raixyn
Is there a step by step guide on that? Not familliar with CUE yet
NanoJragon
I have the exact same issues. Fresh out of the box this morning with no Text Lighting as well as the brightness and Winlock keys not responding. I can change the color of the keys so I know the RGB and everything works, plus the brightness and winlock worked before I started CUE so I have no idea what to do. This is the first Corsair keyboard I ever had.
NanoJragon
Just fixed it by updating the Firmware of the keyboard. Look at the bottom left of the screen when your keyboard is selected in CUE.

Toasted
Try the keyboard on another computer and see whether it works fine. Otherwise, you may have to contact your seller as the warranty is non-transferrable (Only if the keyboard is in warranty)
