No response on tickets

I just found out that one (at least) of my memory cards (CMK16GX4M2A2400C16) have 200+ erros (used MemTest86), which was causing a lot of problems, such as: BSOD, sudden turn offs, etc. I bought them a few months ago trough amazon, whom told me to talk to the manufacturer in order to solve this, and so I did. However, I've already sent two tickets and had no response whatsoever. Is there any way for me to get assisted by Corsair?
