coLa542 Posted December 16, 2018 Share Posted December 16, 2018 Hi guys, i just bought the k95 platinum 3 days ago and it doesnt work anymore. i had no issues before. i was using it without the CUE Software. Buttons are not working. No Input at all. It just light up in the rainbow effect (standard). I already tried these steps: 1) Try another usb-Port and another PC -> Same Problem 2) Soft Reset like 100x times^^ -> doesnt change anything either 3) Deinstalled the Device under Device Manager , allthough it says that it is a unknown usb device I dont get it. It worked yesterday evening. I hope someone can help me. Thx in advance. ps: Sometimes even the Lights not working if i unplug and plug again. Dingo89 Posted December 16, 2018 Share Posted December 16, 2018 If you've tried other USB ports and other PC's, that's pretty much a sign of it being a problem with the keyboard itself.
