Dime Posted June 16, 2019 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Hasn't came off of the red right out of the box. Sound works perfectly. Tried turning off and on multiple times, nothing in the CUE to fix it. Downloaded latest drivers. Every time I turn them on all I hear is "mic off" Any ideas before I try to return these? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This isn't an ideal fix but: - Open the installer - Hit repair - Wait until your headphones turn off and on - Cancel repair You should be good to go by opening the iCue software from root folder Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
