MikeBurrell Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 My son has the Void Pro wireless head set (CA-9011152-NA). He has managed to damage the dongle to the point it has stopped working. Does anyone know where or how I can purchase a new wireless adapter? I did some reading and it appears you need to submit a ticket. I have done that and I have not gotten any response and it is now past the time that they state I will be contacted. Ticket is #898878 if someone from Corsair reads this and can help.
