InSEPPtion Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 I’ve bought this headset at most 1 year ago, at first it wasn’t really a big deal because it would not be that common to happen. But lately everytime i plug in the USB cable to charge the headset it starts beeping like saying that it’s plugged in and then not, it’s really driving me nuts. I Googled this problem and it seemed I was not the only one having it and that the headset has a 2 year warranty. Unfortunatly I have no proof left of purchasing the product because I was not expecting anything to happen to it in the first couple of years... I do not know what to do next? If online or a store, you might be able to request for proof of purchase from them.
