CMXAF1 went bad

Hi Everyone
Good to know that I am not the only one who has problem with this fan .
After two months of quiet operation it started making terrible noises.
After system power- up it starts to buzz, vibrates and blades are spinning at
insane rate. I have disconnected it so I can enjoy normal computing .
What should I do next ? Thanks for help and advise.

Mine has died. One fan just stopped, another is turning slow. The RAM is still good. Can I get the fan replaced? Is it the same lifetime warranty as the RAM it came with?
