Majincraft
Title explains it. Only thing I haven't tried was unistalling cue and reinstalling, but after the Win 10 update the headset still works fine. I realized that there was an issue when I no longer heard "mic on" or any voice feedback from the headset. Help?
Majincraft
So I've uninstalled CUE and reinstalled and CUE is still not recognizing my VOID headset. I'm getting no help from the forums, I guess I'll try and call tech support tomorrow.
yuppicide
Maybe the reason for not many replies is because 1709 is an Insider Build or whatever they call it. Not everyone has that as you have to have a Microsoft account or something. Anyway, I'm still running 1703 and it works fine. I cannot upgrade to 1709. yuppicide
I noticed why I cannot get the 1709 update. If I go to Settings -> Feedback & Diagnostics there's a settings called "Diagnostic and usage data". I have it set to Basic. There's an option for "Full" which says "Help us fix things and improve Microsoft products and services. Send additional diagnostic data (including browser, all and feature usage, and inking and typing datra) to Microsoft." To me it sounds like something I would not want. I don't want to send anything to Microsoft. Sounds like something everyone should opt out of.
