Returned faulty PSU over three weeks ago received no refund

I returned My 1 month old, faulty AX1200i PSU as requested to the address below:

I received confirmation of successful delivery on the 20th of September 2017 but received no word from Corsair since and I have still got no refund, something that I requested since August! I am getting no reply from my original ticket #611346 on the support page and unable to initiate a live chat. So I am forced to post on the forums. The amount of time and money I lost due to this...not to mention the shipping costs just to get a refund. I have been left with no workstation for almost two months and counting. I made a huge mistake in thinking that spending £300 now on a PSU would result in less trouble in the future - this as been one of the worst experiences I have had with any company.

 

Any advice in chasing this issue up?
