corsair h2100 wireless headset problem

Hello

i have a problem about this headset . i buyed this headset from another person. but problem is left ear is louder than right. and bass coming from only left. in cs go its going to kill me.

i have tryed on another pc

i have tryed with driver / without driver

i have tryed equalizer change

and there is no volume balance option Why.

can you help me please . i worked 2 month for this headset. and now its not working well and it feel very very bad.

and seller not taking headset back. i dont know what can i do now.

and ım living in turkey

Unfortunately, Corsair cannot really help as the warranty is non transferable.

Try searching online for a third party application that can adjust the balance of each side.
