brighttail Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 Hi there, I was wondering if there is a place somewhere on the Corsair website(s) that allows us to input all the Corsair items we have, date of purchase, ect? Several other companies have this feature and it really comes in handy when it comes to RMA's and such, because since the product is already registered, you don't have to go hunting for the Serial number, Lot codes and/or receipts. DO not loose your invoice or they I will not warrente a your product even if it's a good for 10 years. I Tried to rma My AC series power supply. A top of the line model with a 7 year warranty. They asked for the invoice and I told them it was from a brick and mortar store and my 3 year old receipt had faded to a blank strip of paper... They never wrote back so I guess that's means I'm out of luck. So much for putting out the money on a top end product.
