Default Best fan hub/controller for 460x RGB

I've just built my new system in a 460X RGB and added an additional three SP120 RGB fans making a total of six.

However, it's a little on the noisy side so I want to find the most suitable method of lowering the fan speeds.

What's the best solution out there? Something like an NZXT Grid+ V2? Is there a better solution out there?

Sticking with the Corsair theme would this achieve what I want?

Yes, that's it and rather than simple brand consistency, the Commander Pro will allow you to use the Link software to control the LEDs on the SP120-RGB to a greater degree than the remote control.
