Default Question about Water Coler, H100i gtx

Hello, i am new to Water colling and i ve just bought a new H100i GTX.
My radiator come all wet, is that normal? Or should i take it back?

Definitely not normal. Either return it to the retailer you purchased from or create a help ticket through Corsair and they will certainly take care of it, which ever option is easiest for you.
