Default Corsair Nova V32 data corrupted..

Is this a common fail for this drive ?

I've tried it on two different computers.

My Laptop, where it was my primary boot partition with my windows install.. worked for two months, although I used it very little...
Suddenly, all data was corrupted..
Did a format, reinstalled, worked for two days, same problem..

Then I figured it might have been the disk controller in the laptop... but I installed it in my stationary, formated it, put some files on it, and about a week later it was corrupted...
