You can install Skype and call Corsair's Toll Free number.
Note the time zones, You can Google San Francisco time.
Corsair's operating hours 8:00AM-5:30PM PST Monday-Friday.

Writing in English is one thing, but speaking it.... I'm more then 50 years old and from the Netherlands, so making phonecalls in English will be a problem for me.

Well, i have tried to fill in a contact form for the costumer service, but when i click the button 'send', nothing happeness...
Is there a posibility that someone ask the costumer service to contact me???
My previous RMA# was 2714926.

I have sent a message to our customer service to arrange another RMA for you ASAP. Please give them 24-48 hours but if you dont hear from them please call them by phone, you can call the toll free number listed under CONTACT on the main site using skype to make the call for free.

Thank you very much, but i have just received the following mail, so i think its in motion i guess....
"We apologize for the inconvenience. We can have a call tag requested to pick up the faulty drive. Once we receive the drive in our warehouse we can provide you with a new replacement."
