My damn ax1200i is crashed... Do you know how to contact support in China?

Hey Everybody foreigners, I'd like to be like you in other countries....

Because you may have more convenience way to have support.

After my ax1200i didn't work , I took 4 days to look for corsair support in China....

The support phone number on corsair's outer packing: 4000626289 is changed，it told me to dial 4008417130, and the shiit number still nobody answered just told me to leave a message....

Also I tried to contact support on corsair's site.. yeah , I got reply ,it told me to contact the specific support in China,use the shiit number 4008417130....

What should I say ?

After that I tried the corsair's social number on wechat ,I think it should work....but I was wrong ....still nobody answers.....

Budy....Oh my ****....what should I say ? .... Have you received my RMA ?

How many days should I wait ? ....I think I am a fans of corsair ....RAM . keyboard...I bought many ....now I'm fcking sad...I really envy you foreigners....
