RMA Delivery Attempt failed. And now?

Hi Corsair,

I have a big problem, I sent my defective PSU to your RMA centre to the Netherlands, Almere. DHL tried to deliver it to you, but they told me they wasnt able and now my package is in a DHL packstation in Almere. After knowing that, I contacted with Corsairs ticket system again to inform them about this issue. They literally dont care and keep answering me in an automatic bot-like way. What should I do now? DHL wont try another delivery attempt, and I cant do anything else.
