Default Remap Function to Windows Key in iCue

KB: Corsair Strafe Keyboard
OS: Windows 10

I'm working on remapping the Function key to operate exactly as the Right Windows key in iCue, I'm stuck. I'm able to simulate a Windows key press, but none of the Windows keyboard combination keys work. Oddly, the function key still operates as normal.

There's at least 30 Windows key shortcuts, I desperately need those in my life. Please help.

My guess is it's a microsoft thing. I bet the windows key is hard coded to be only there and do only that one task.
I have profiles where I've moved around basically every key. And all of them always work as intended. But never the windows key. I'm going to check out those windows shortcuts though.
