CEE for MK.2 SE?

Did you mean iCUE? Check to make sure your software is on the latest version.

 

Also check to see if the Scroll Lock, Caps Lock, or NumLock LEDs are flashing or not. If they are, hold down the Windows Lock Button and F1 until they stop. It might take about 6 or 7 seconds to do.
