tadaska
My friend asked me to build him a computer and he wants it to have an NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB graphics card. I suggested a DFI Lanparty nF4 SLI-DR mobo but I know nothing about memory. Which Corsair memory would be the best here? I was thinking of a couple CMX512-3200XL sticks. Would it be a good choise or is there something better available? I really don't want it to have any compatability problems like it happened with my computer. Some good advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you BTW I think we will use an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ CPU
Wired
If he's using a 512 MB card, that means he's a heavy gamer, he should get 2x1GB kit of memory, something like: TwinX2048-3200 (3-3-3-8 timngs) TwinX2048-3200C2 (2-3-3-6 timngs) TwinX2048-3500LL (2-3-2-6 timngs)
