Toasted
Have you tried reinstalling the previous version of the LINK software? Does the L.E.Ds work again?
Mysticode
I tried an old version, but it was unable to control the LEDs at all. I did a complete uninstall at that point, removed reg keys etc, and installed the latest Beta version (the Win 8.1 one). Moving the sliders up and down, I noticed everything worked in the Red slider, and Blue slider, but the Green slider had absolutely no effect. Ubeogesh
Try to disable the LED first (first drag all the sliders to the top - then to drag them bottom) Then drag all the sliders up again.
hyperkungen
I've tried it all, uninstall completely and re-install it but it's still the same problem
Mysticode
Try to disable the LED first (first drag all the sliders to the top - then to drag them bottom) Then drag all the sliders up again. No change. With all three sliders up, my light is displaying as Pink (lack of Green in max Red and Blue)
Toasted
Re-flash the Hydro cooler firmware via the USB cable using the previous version of LINK and see if that changes anything.
Mysticode
Re-flash the Hydro cooler firmware via the USB cable using the previous version of LINK and see if that changes anything. Installing current non-beta, production release of Corsair Link. Downloaded H100i - Where is the older firmware? I have 1.0.5 installed.
Toasted
Download the FW 1.05 firmware file, and just reflash the firmware via the USB cable using LINK 2.4.5110.

Toasted
Make sure you have the latest .Net framework installed. Also try deleting the temp files from %Appdata%\Corsair.
Mysticode
.Net Framework 4.5.1 is already installed. I just ran a repair for good measure. Restarted as it asked. Deleted Corsair appdata folder, re-ran Corsair Link, tried pushing the firmware again to the h100i and the error came back.
Toasted
Try a different version of the LINK software. Just making sure the H100i is plugged into a mini USB B to Type A cable?
Mysticode
I don't know what kind of USB cable it is, but I used to have no problem adjusting all of the colours on it to my hearts' contents. With this version of Corsair Link, the older one you told me to get, I can't control the colour at all. However on the latest version of Corsair Link software I have no issues. What exactly should I do next?
Toasted
It's one of these. http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00VZhEelNFlQcy/USB-Type-A-Male-to-USB-Mini-B-Male-Data-Cable.jpg Is this v2.4.5110 where you are experiencing problems with updating the firmware and where the blue L.E.D. slider isn't working? You can find old LINK v2 software here. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=125350
Mysticode
Yes, v2.4.5110. Uninstalled .5110, deleted appdata Corsair folder, rebooted. Installed .4816, tried loading on the firmware again, and right away it came back with this: http://i.imgur.com/g36dFEg.png
Toasted
Try running the program as admin and see if that helps.
Mysticode
Try running the program as admin and see if that helps. No change, same issue. Should I try another version of the firmware? Perhaps older? If so, where can I get it?
Toasted
You can try FW 1.07. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118867
Ryoku
I'm having similar issues, everytime I restart my rig I have to go into corsair link and mess with my led sliders to get my led to go to blue only, otherwise it just comes up whiteish blue. Is this ever going to be fixed? Its clearly a software issue.
Mysticode
You can try FW 1.07. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118867 No change with FW 1.07.
Toasted
You can request an RMA to replace the cooler. It sounds like the L.E.D.s have failed.
Mysticode
Do you know if an advanced RMA is something Corsair does? I can't send off my cooler, as I will be down a system if I do that. If Corsair sent me a replacement first, that would be optimum, but I am not sure if they do this.
Toasted
Yes, Corsair does have an advanced RMA option. Submit a ticket then contact customer service via phone to request an advanced RMA. You can call customer service using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
