Wasso
Hi, so my Voyager powers on, connect to a laptop and it's not seen. Disconnect the USB and try viewing by wifi and it cannot be seen? Connectivity by USB may be an issue as it was originally formatted via a Mac, but still it should be visible on the wifi network?! Thanks
Toasted
Try reconnecting the drive into the Mac via USB and see whether it works. Have you tried 'restarting' the Wi-Fi network? If your drive has a ethernet port, you may want to try that and see whether you can access the drive over the network.
Wasso
Okay so I plug the drive into my MAC. My MAC then shuts down instantly! This also happened with my windows Laptop as well. Not sure if this is a coincidence although the drive killed my work windows laptop!! It's now in for repair with the IT department - apparently it killed the hard drive. It's currently connected to my MAC and appears to be working after restarting the MAC, although I'm going to wipe the drive completely and re-install the OS on it, in hope this fixes all future issues!
