icenote
I can no longer open shortcuts with my K95. I used to be able to open any type of file with my keyboard before I built my new PC, but now I'm only limited to executables and programs. This is sort of a downer because I liked to have certain files/folders instantantly accessible whenever I needed them. Is there something I can do to fix this? hastegag
I assume you came from Cue1? There are workarounds. I assume you meant you want to go to someplace on your storage media like: L:\someplace\folder1\ Install autohotkey and save this to a file F20:: Run explorer.exe "L:\someplace\folder1\" return I think the quotes will be required for directories with spaces. Tell CUE or ICUE to emit a hotkey that Autohotkey recognizes, in the case of the above example F20. It should work for you.
icenote
Wow, that's complicated. Are there any older versions of CUE that will let me do the shortcut?
hastegag
No you can also do it in cue2/icue via launch application I think. I am on my phone At the moment but I think it Just needs to say explorer.exe “c:\someolace\”
icenote
I did select the explorer exe but all it does is open up just the quick access folder. When I put in the folder path in the launch field and press the assigned button, it doesn't load. This is so frustrating as even my old Logitech G710 let me open up various media folders. One of my profiles used to be specifically set to open folders.. now I just have 18 useless buttons.
