I've uploaded all needed information (described issues with my PSU, attached photoes, provided images of proof of purchase and serial number). Then after day or two i've tried to check status of the ticket. And failed with this (screenshot): And now, one week later i'm watching this one every day. Ticket number is 905632 Help, please. No uploaded photoes of psu / serial and provided image of proof of purchase that i've attached 10 days ago. And no activity in ticket.
