Can't finish RMA - support is down more than a week

Hello.

 

I've started an RMA procedure for my AX860i with ticket on june 10, 2019. I've uploaded all needed information (described issues with my PSU, attached photoes, provided images of proof of purchase and serial number).

 

Then after day or two i've tried to check status of the ticket. And failed with this (screenshot):

And now, one week later i'm watching this one every day.

 

Ticket number is 905632

 

Help, please.

Go there and you'll be able to access your ticket.

 

Hello. Yep, i've found new place of ticket. No uploaded photoes of psu / serial and provided image of proof of purchase that i've attached 10 days ago. And no activity in ticket.

I need to print my RMA label but it is nowhere to be found on the ticket page.

 

i think that after moving support on another site they've lost all attachments from ticket base (i've attached all mine again today..)
