Strafe RGB: USB Passthrough

For some reason my USB passthrough isn't recognizing my usb? Any advice?

Maybe it needs to be plugged into a USB 3.0 port, can you try that and see if it works?

Have you plugged in both USB ends into your PC?

I have just tried a number of variations. When my keyboard is just connected via USB 3.0, pass through does not work. However when both are plugged in to USB 2.0 it works.

 

Due to the layout of my computer I cannot have it in both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 at the same time. Why wouldn't pass through work with just USB 3.0?

When they were connected both via USB 2.0, passthrough worked but then I lose the advantage of USB 3.0 speeds. I wonder why just connection through USB 3.0 doesn't allow passthrough

When you're using USB 3.0, did you plug use one or two headers? I'm using two USB 3.0 ports and it works.

You have to plug both ports in it doesnt matter if its USB 2.0 or 3.0 the port on th back will only go at 2.0 speeds. Its was meant as a port for headsets, mice, maybe charging your phone.
