AgentMJ Posted April 16, 2016 Share Posted April 16, 2016 Hello... I have a client whom owns the Voyager 64GB memory key with Micro USB OTG connector. He is unable to use the OTG on his Samsung Galaxy s4 mini but informs me he has a friend with whom it works with. Does anybody have any idea why this might be and if there is a workaround? Id be grateful for any assistance. I have tried the key on my own phone, Samsung Galaxy S7 and it works fine. I told him to buy a new phone but budget is an issue haha...
