RealCity Posted May 20, 2018 Share Posted May 20, 2018 Hello, I have the Scimitar rgb running the latest CUE (2.24.50) for 6 months now. The mouse lags/freezes about 15 times in 1 minute and its extremely annoying when gaming. Sometimes it also completely shuts off and then I have to replug it again in order for it to reconnect. Then, other times it just keeps disconnecting and lagging at the same time.. I tried many things including: Changing polling rate, save lighting, reinstall CUE, usb 2.0, other computer... This is the 2nd thread i made about this and I really hope anyone could finally help me with this because i really liked the mouse allot. I would recommend trying to disable the USB selective suspend setting in your power settings to see if that helps. If that does not do anything, I recommend you open a ticket on our support portal and a Technical support agent will be able to further assist you.
