Corsair Obsidian 350D

Hey Folks,

I'm from Germany, forgive my english skills... :p:

I'm statisfied owner of several corsair products.

But with my case, the Obsidian 350D, I have a little problem that really bothers me.

At random intervals something starts to vibrate strongly.

At first I thaught it come from the H110, but the vibrations come from the hard drives - I'm sure.

When I press against the bottom (where the hdd cage sits) the vibrations disappears.

The hard drives are very poorly decoupled from the housing, but who wonders with this ******* hard drive mounting rails.

It seems to be that I'm not the only one with this issue in Germany

I need to know how to fix this issue - it makes me mad. Really...

Could someone help me, please?

Thank you

Best regards,

Jannik

Have you open a ticket in customer portal?

If you have, please post your ticket number here so I can have some one take a look at it.

If not, please go to corsair.force.com and put in your RMA request through Corsair customer portal. You may have to create new username and password if you’re a new portal user. Once your account created, you can access all your Cases, RMA(s), technical support questions in one place. Please let us know if you have any question or concern.

I'm sorry, but I have only bad news for you...

Pictures speak for themselves - so arrived here an hour ago.

The vibrations have become so annoying, that I will soon put a controlled fire! :O

Please, send me a case which does work perfect.

Thank you :!oops:
