aturano Posted August 27, 2017 Share Posted August 27, 2017 Hello! I had to RMA a Corsair One Pro for an issue with Nvidia drivers crashing boot and giving a black screen. At one point, I could only use the machine in safe mode. Not the greatest start to the month. Although support staff is professional, kind, and informative I do not trust the "maybe repaired and sent back Friday or Monday" type of responses. I feel like a beta tester that just had to give up his work computer; I do not game heavily but will use this computer for rendering, 3D animation, and supporting clients. My ticket #610474. You were unfortunately caught with a problem that has affected a small batch of Corsair Ones where the PCI Express cable connecting the graphics card would actually fail somehow during shipment.
