One Pro RMA Day 10+ (Display Issue)

Hello!

 

I had to RMA a Corsair One Pro for an issue with Nvidia drivers crashing boot and giving a black screen.

 

At one point, I could only use the machine in safe mode. Not the greatest start to the month.

 

Although support staff is professional, kind, and informative I do not trust the "maybe repaired and sent back Friday or Monday" type of responses.

 

I feel like a beta tester that just had to give up his work computer; I do not game heavily but will use this computer for rendering, 3D animation, and supporting clients.

I will be updating this thread Monday.

I totally understand your frustration. You were unfortunately caught with a problem that has affected a small batch of Corsair Ones where the PCI Express cable connecting the graphics card would actually fail somehow during shipment. It's very strange.

 

We will be in touch with you with a replacement as soon as we can.
