Edit Quiet, Performance and Balanced Modes

Is there a way to edit these modes for each device in CL? I have 5 corsair case fans that are whisper quiet when set to 40% Duty Cycle (about 600RPMs). They get very loud when set to Maximum and do help a lot when doing CPU intensive tasks...but that cooling is unnecessary when I'm just doing normal web browsing and movies. I like being able to select "quiet mode" or "performance mode" from the right click option in the task bar, but even quiet mode is noticeably louder than my 40% selection and yields only a 1-2C cooling advantage (and my CPU is down at 38C under normal use when I would be running "quiet mode"). If I select Performance everything maxes which is great, but to get back to my 40% mode, I have to individually select each fan. Is there a way to edit the quiet mode quick select to default to the 40% DC on each fan?

Unfortunately, the Quite, Balanced and Performance profiles are not adjustable. Though you can create two profiles as another way around it. That way, you can can just switch profiles instead of manually changing each fan setting.
