PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES: 002 B91B9275-789D-40CE-A6B0-EB2B927734C0 tried cleaning everything from the browser tried on my smartphone tried another browser: An error has occurred. Please contact customer service with the following error codes: 002 74ab1699-025a-41c1-9e79-f5483a9e009e any way we can solve the issue i have with faulty ram module via private messages on this forum? Please make sure that your password is 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, 1 number, 1 special character. Also, please note that your password cannot be your name, username, or email. mirkoslav Posted June 8, 2018 Author Share Posted June 8, 2018 thank you! my password contained name (in between many other characters) so it didnt work, this is what it says when creating account and password: * 8-20 CHARACTERS, 1 UPPERCASE, 1 LOWERCASE, 1 NUMBER, AND 1 SPECIAL CHARACTER. MAY NOT CONTAIN USERNAME. it needs may not contain name ;): so try to add that, may not contain username or name (and part of email probably) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
