Have you confirmed that the driver is failing to load or are your devices just refusing to function/connect properly? If it's not a confirmed driver issue, do you have the included antennas attached to your system? That changed everything for me and my bluetooth devices. I didn't bother with them initially because I thought they only had to do with WiFi communication with my router (which I don't need because I run wired) but it turns out that they are required for bluetooth too.
