What the normal pump temp?

I have a H80i and the liquid temp is always 24-25C no matter how high is the processor temp(40min or 60max), is it okay or the pump temp must be closer to processor temp? Is "H80i Temp" tells the temperature going to pump or the temp of liquid going to radiator? I have a amd a10-5800k processor and it's temp 46-50C idle, I not sure that's normal.http://puu.sh/ee4b1.jpg

by the way, when I run my computer without fans the temp of processor was 60C and the H80i Temp was 30C

Holy rats nest batman...

Speaking in a thermal transfer sense, the coolant in the H80i should be significantly lower than the temp of the CPU. If it is too close, you are either not cooling the fluid off in the radiator or the fluid itself is not even flowing.

I dont find it hard to believe that the fluid in the closed loop is in the mid-high 20C range, especially if the ambient temp is in the low 20C range.

Now, your idle temps of 40-50C are NOT correct. I can run in the low-mid 20s on idle on mine. It sounds like you have not seated your cooling block on the CPU properly.

Have you done any of the "washer" mods that are talked about around here?

Based off the readings from the LINK software, the H80i is working fine. The issue here is most likely the contact between the CPU and block.

From the looks of it, it is probably an OEM board with custom mounting points which seems to be similar/same to Intel's mounting points. Have you tried moving/lifting the block the block while it is in place? Does it move while it is mounted?
