When Checking "View Basic information about your computer" Installed memory (RAM): 8GB (3.19 GB usable) Can some one please guide me on how to resolve this issue. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 31, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 31, 2012 If you an on board graphics card it may be using it for Video Memory, but I would check with the MB maker and see what they say especially if Memtest shows all 8 Gig.
