I need to update the firmware because the Windows Lock key isn't responding on the keyboard neither is the brightness key while iCue is enabled. Can anyone help please? EpicSurvivor Posted May 19, 2019 Author Share Posted May 19, 2019 EDIT/Update I was able to install the new firmware update 5/19/19 You need to plug both USB cables into USB 2.0 slots anything above 2.0 doesn't seem to work.
