I used the RMA online form on the left asking for a case badge for my PC only... I received a RMA case number with a mail containing all the data to send back my power supply for a substitution, but nothing about my request... My power supply works really fine, I don't need to send it back, I only asked for a case badge... :) So I sent an e-mail to
rma@corsair.com and
RMAService@corsairmemory.com explaining my problem... Waiting for an answer... :)
