Default CX500W Corsair Case Badge

Hi guys... Days ago I bought online a new Corsair Builder Series CX500W V2 Power Supply unit... Can someone tell me if it's supposed to come with a case badge "Powered by Corsair"? In my box I didn't find it, but last year my brother bought also a CX500W and he has one...

I don't believe so. You can call CS and see if you can request one though.

I don't that they still do, but shouldn't be a big deal, send a request and we will get one sent to you.

I used the RMA online form on the left asking for a case badge for my PC only... I received a RMA case number with a mail containing all the data to send back my power supply for a substitution, but nothing about my request... My power supply works really fine, I don't need to send it back, I only asked for a case badge... :) So I sent an e-mail to rma@corsair.com and RMAService@corsairmemory.com explaining my problem... Waiting for an answer... :)

Just Ignore those automated messages. Post your case # and I will let CS know that it is a case badge request and not an RMA.
