Default [FIXED] CAFA50 120mm CPU Cooler Rebate INVALID due to "no UPC codes".

I have 7 pictures proof of me having the UPC bar code, with the product, next to the rebate form and the mailing envelope filled out ready to be sent.

I tried contacting Corsair's customer service and I got shut down. I have the packing slip, invoice, proof of purchase, product itself with no UPC code any more cause I had already sent it in.

Only thing I can think of is that the person who opens these envelopes accidentally dropped the UPC bar code or just blatantly denied that I had sent it in.

This was the phone number that I had used, 1-855-238-7042.

The response was: "Sir, it is stated here that you did not include a UPC bar code therefore we cannot proceed any further until so". Of course, I don't have the UPC bar code anymore, but I'm more than happy to show you 7 pictures of my product, receipt invoice, packing slip, product, bar code, mailing envelope, and rebate form if you wish.

That confirms my suspicions. You talked to the rebate company and not Corsair's customer service. Contact Corsair's Customer Service and they'll sort it out: http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/

Thank you. It was very painless, took less than 45 seconds. Talked to a lady named Joann. Sent in my pictures, bam a few days later it was confirmed as valid. Thank you. ;)

I won't hesitate to buy quality Corsair products again. :)
