Default Case #4863850

Hi,

I'm based in the UK and trying to RMA my H100.

Done the online support form and been told to continue with RMA process, however I don't know what the next step is.

I haven't been sent any other details apart from an American phone number when I first started the process.

Also is the advance RMA option available to me or is that a US only thing?

Regards

It would be best to call our customer service by phone once you have the RMA conformation and set the advanced replacement up this way. You can call the toll free number listed under contact on the main site using SKYPE and it will be a free call.

Hey RAM GUY,

My RMA was received today at the Netherlands centre. I was just wondering what the average processing time usual is?

Also will I get email updates on the status of my RMA as it is processed at all?

Regards,

Yes you should and I have sent our customer service a message to check this for you I am sorry but that is about all I can do. I would suggest you call our customer service by phone with your POD so they can get the replacement sent right out.

Hey,

Just an update to say thanks for the help RAM GUY, I dont know if your email to customer service helped speed the process along but I received my new H100 today and at the moment appears to be working OK. Just testing it at the moment outside my PC.

From postage to you guys and delivery back to me took a week which in my opinion is a very good turn around.

There is a slight grumble noise from the pump (I can hardly hear it unless I put my ear up against it) so hopefully that goes completely and I have no more problems.

Thanks again.

NP and the Pump will Emmit a little noise there is no way around that but if it gets so loud that you can hear it about all the other fan noise then it may be something we need to work on other wise just enjoy the new system.
