This was the phone number that I had used, 1-855-238-7042.
The response was: "Sir, it is stated here that you did not include a UPC bar code therefore we cannot proceed any further until so". Of course, I don't have the UPC bar code anymore, but I'm more than happy to show you 7 pictures of my product, receipt invoice, packing slip, product, bar code, mailing envelope, and rebate form if you wish.
